Designing complex products into experiences people actually want to use.

A few stories from the produce supply chain and the data platform world that drove adoption, grew revenue, and shifted entire org roadmaps.

The ADF → Fabric migration experience

Getting an enterprise migration aligned and off the ground.

Azure Data Factory had become the go-to tool for data pipelines across industries for over a decade. Microsoft built Fabric as its newer all-in-one platform, but the challenge was building a migration that didn't break while getting everyone internally aligned. I partnered with my team, brought stakeholders together across two large orgs, and led the end-to-end design to make migration something teams could actually trust.

Optimizing repacks at Silo

Turning a limited feature into the tool that unlocked a new segment.

Silo's repack workflow only supported 1:1 conversions, so almost nobody used it. Large produce shippers needed far more complexity than that. I led the research and end-to-end design to get there, building the capability that finally gave sales a way in.

Navigation overhaul at Silo

Rebuilding a navigation that couldn't scale.

Silo's original navigation was built around two roles: buying and selling. As the platform grew, that structure stopped working, forcing a completely different, isolated view every time someone switched roles. I drove a design-led initiative to raise awareness of the problem and overhaul the IA, without breaking the workflows our users depend on.
